About Me

My photo
Erin Elizabeth
I have an Irish father and an Italian mother. On May 30th 2011, my grandpa (the Pietrantonio patriarch) passed away at 91 and 1/2 years old. He had such a passion for our Italian heritage through the stories he told of our family and our Italian cooking. As for my parents: they have enthusiastic taste buds, exceptional culinary talents and have the yearning of new flavors. I share the same passion, and I will share it with you :) Favorite Quote: "Il dolce far niente..." (The sweetness of doing nothing...) It is just a way to describe how to enjoy life’s passions without a care.
