Mozzarella, Lampone e Zucchero Greggio Panini
(Fresh mozzarella, raspberry and brown sugar panini)
Typically, this panini is best as a brunch menu item, but I decided to gobble it up for cena :)
On top of the raspberry jam, I sprinkled fresh rosemary from the garden.
After I drizzled extra virgin olive oil and brown sugar, my panini grill perfectly browned the tops and bottoms of the panini.
